Mantri Celestia

Q: In process of looking for a safe apartment society in Hyderabad, I’ve come across Mantri Celestia. I’m considering it because of the convenient location, but I’m yet to visit the place since I still reside in Mysore. I need to know whether this society is as good as it claims to be.

I wanted to know if the project got all the necessary approvals from banks and legal body.

As per my knowledge, the project has got approval from HMDA and all the leading financial institutions.

the area range of the apartments range from 970 square feet to 1198 square feet. The project is near to the IIT Junction in Gachibowli, Kondapur is 6 km from here, Cyber Towers is at 8 km, Jubilee Hills 13 km, Banjara Hills 15 km, and many other places of interest as well as IT hubs are near to this project.

Manthri Celestia is a luxury flat that comes in the economy price. I think the rate of the apartment is rupees 4390 per square feet for the D, E, F Towers and rupees 4290 for the A, B, C towers. They provide 2 bhks as well as 3 bhks here.

Well, Mantri Celestia is touted as one of the tallest apartments in Gachibowli at the moment. It’s located close to the ISB Road, and is a small drive away from the Old Mumbai Road. This locality is sparsely populated at the moment, and each apartment is constructed according to the stringent specifications. The flats are equipped with vitrified tiles, chrome finish hardware, modular kitchen designs, and concrete block masonry. The clubhouse in this society is supposed to be well-furnished with a gymnasium, aerobics hall, squash court, and billiards room. Piped gas connections and backup power facilities are another advantage.

I know this place because of its prime location in the financial district of Gachibowli. I keep driving by the construction site every day, so I can attest to the ongoing development. As far as location goes, I can tell you that these apartments are in a good position at present. As Hyderabad keeps growing, the best establishments in the city are slowly beginning to prefer Gachibowli and Madhapur to the traditionally-chosen posh localities of Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills. The roads in this part of the town are quite spacious, and relatively free from the crowded traffic jams that have become a regular feature of Hyderabad.

Great place located in cyberabad security council zone and well defined facilities but only issue is the developer is not a local person and the employees here seems to be more concerned for their employer(developer) than to the owners and owner is visualized as a visitor and not one bundled with legal rights but only with many obligations.

Hi. I know a person who’s already booked a flat in this place. The cost, as you can expect, is above average because of the location. Apparently, these buildings are 24 floors tall and are available as 2 BHKs as well as 3 BHKs. A 2 BHK can approximately set you back by prices anywhere between Rs. 35 lakh to Rs. 45 lakh. On the other hand, a 3 BHK will cost you close to Rs. 50 lakh while covering a space of 1200 square feet. The price per square feet for these flats comes up to Rs. 4200 per square feet. The prices seem to be fair after you look at the property value in Gachibowli.
