Need Suggestion

Q: I was brousing through some details of RNA Courtyard on net and came across few complaints like there is leakage in 60 % of apartments and 10 mins water supply in 24 hours. Can anyone help me uderstand whats the reality I am a potential buyer is dependend on your comments.

Mukesh, Water problem is common in Miraroad. I am staying since 1992. With RNA the water is supplied for 25 to 30mins. I will advice you to purchase flat on 5th floor for the water advantage. About leakage it is not really worse and it is common across all the buildings in Mumbai and Thane due to Salty Moisture and other Technical reasons. Within RNA the people staying are silent and committee is taking slow actions.
