Looks far from over. Customer care confirm handovers next month - not the ground reality. Visited site on 24th July...

Full completion is going to take another 12 months.
But some blocks may be ready in march'10.
But the usual reaon for the delay aftet completion would be "POWER SUPPLY NOT RECD THOUGH APPLIED 3 MONTHS BACK / SEWERAGE NOT READY.
This is the usual thing which all builders do to protect them. Need to check whether the EB process has started.

I visited the site on 2nd Jan and as per my view it will take another 6 months to start handing over the flats.

From what I heard, handing over may be done first by Jan 2010 for the blocks completed - for others, there may be a delay
