They have changed the floor plan and sizes too. The 990 sqft 2 BHK is now 1020. I have seen this in the buyer's agreement copy they sent last week.

These recent articles of raids on Emaar MGF is a matter of great concern. I am not sure if anyone here has the case for construction linked plan. If that's the case what should we do in regard to upcoming installments due?

I received the similar response at the time of booking. They don't have the approved building plans yet. The approval is likely to come by end of December. The construction now expected to start in Jan-Feb 2010.

Hi Naren,
The communication while booking was that the construction is supposed to start in Mid December. What was the response that had provided during your booking? I was checking for consistency out here.
