GB road is one of the hottest place to invest & Ozone is one of the best project in this locality. Price & lcoation Is excellent. Way better than other developers in the area.
Good place to invest. Though price is similar to other builders in the locality. The brand name is what pulls the customers. Acme is a reputed builder, they have already delivered 2 towers in this project
Good place to invest. There are lots of projects in GB road but my first preference will always be Acme. Pricing, construction quality & possession matters the most.
Well, this seems like a late reply to this thread but still want to highlight couple of points. Acme is a well known brand as we all know. Possession delays is very normal with all builders, the best part is Acme had given possession almost on time. Also what eventually matters is the future of the property which is in Acme's safe hands. All the issues has been resolved way back. I'm an owner of a flat in Ozone & as per my discussion with their Sales team the possession was on time.
Had booked with the developer in 2010 -11. They have faced issues on the approval front leading to delays, but are quite open and transparent in explaining their stand and accommodating he customers accordingly.
Hi, We have booked flat in Acme Ozone - Ashwood in 2009. Pls let me know when we get the possession. So that I can take admission for my kid accordingly. Be practical & tell us exact date of possession. now it is high time because already you took so much time.
I have word with their sales guy and found that the date of possession will be December'2015 but at the same time i saw in some reputed property portal site that December'2016. Whom to believe?
Hi,Raju Puntambekar here,we have booked a flat in Oakwood,attended the meeing on 11th Dec along with other flat owners held with Acme Ozone officials. Possession/Completion/OC/ MMRDA clarrity is still missing as on date.Officials have promised to arrange the meeting with highest authority latest by Dec end.2012.

Hi, I have booked flat in Centelia exactly a year back but till today there is no progress in construction front. When I met Mr. Rajender Singh last time he told me that construction has been halted because of some MMRDA agreement issues. They are expecting to have MMRDS agreement done by 1st week of Dec 2011. Does anyone has any more details on this?
yes Mr. Abhijit, we hav also booked the flat in centelia 803 it seems they have hve comenced the work of piliing & plint work is goin on and also we have to pay the service tax whcih is mandatory, so the completion is delayed for another 1 yr by 2014. thank you mrs. Rajani Manish

I have also booked in the new phase Basilia, have not heard after that regarding the registration. i have held the payment till the registration to verify all related documents which has been promised/pushed every 15 days...Any of you in Basilia have started registration and have any of you got the registered documents checked by the lawyers ...Hope to hear from you all

Hello Anand, I am looking to buy an apartment in Acme Ozone new phase starting in 6 months time, Can I check if owners have started registering their agreements and that there is no Forest land / MMDRA issue.
Best place for investors & self use both. GB road prices will continue to rise for another 5 years which is a good news for investors. Acme recently gave possession of a tower at Ozone, so possession delivery is not a problem for this property. One can also book an apt here for self use.
One of the best project to invest & stay in Thane. Acme recently came up with a new payment scheme. You can book an aprtment here at 4.99L & rest on fitouts, I thinks this scheme is good for investors.

There are 2, 2.5 & 3 BHK available in Ozone. Price starts from 1.09 Cr for a 2bhk apartments which is almost similar to other developers around. But Acme is a good brand & investment is safe with them.
Thane being the hottest place to invest has gained interest of multiple huge builders like Acme, Lodha, Hiranandani, Kalpataru & many more. I personally feel Acme Ozone is the best project in the area, because of its pricing, location, area, construction quality & on time possessions. Highly recommended.
Sorry for late revert. Saw ur msg today only. There are 2-3 pointers here:
1. We have booked already and as per our checks, forest land issue is not there for this project. This was personally confirmed by another owner Manish at Thane registration office.
2. Now, registration for the projects is happening. This would not have been possible to do if it would be a forest land.
3. In the draft agreement provided for registration, they have provided the commencement certificate, which is issued only after all the checks, including check for forest land.
4. Few of us appointed a lawyer to check the title clearances and other clearances. He has also confirmed that this is not in forest land as per his checks.
GB road is the hottest place to invest right now. And Ozone is among the top builders who are currently present in this area. Lots of people have started staying here on rent because connectivity to all major areas is convenient. Highly recommended for property owners.
Best area & property to invest. Just go for it guys. GB road prices will get better & better in next five years. I'm myself planning to invest here. Acme Ozone is by far my most prefered investment. They also have a scheme, you can book a 2bhk at 4.99L & pay the rest on possession. This will take care of all your possession issues.

I've recently booked a flat in Acme Ozone. As I'm not living in Thane, I don't know much about this project except based on my visit to site office, web site info, brochure etc.
Few people whom I know in Thane later told me that this project is going to get delayed, that there is some forest land dispute etc.
I hope they are wrong, b'cuz I've alreday invested my money in this project.

Hello everyone, I'm a current owner of a flat at Ashwood. We got the possession in 2014 end. This is a very good project with all required amenities in place. Its very well located, close to malls & hospitals. They are constructing the remaining towers & hopefully it will be completed by next year.
Book this project if you have an investment horizon of 7-8 years. Returns will be excellent, also post 7-8 years this project can be the best option for self use so you can sell your property at a very good rate.
Highly recommended property in this area. I was very confused when I first though of investing in GB road, because its full of builder. From local to big brands you will find everyone here with different prices. So my first preference in GB road were properties in Pokhran since its a posh area compared to other areas in GB road. I was confused between 2-3 properties out of which Acme Ozone was the best.
Have replied to your mail. As per feedback that some of us got from our sources, its like once the society is built, all issues will get resolved automatically. Builder has to build the society within 4 months of once 60% people occupy their flats. If you have any specific issue, please do send me your mail id, I shall include it in our mailing list, where we discuss it with other owners of flats in acme.
"I might be late for this but just a quick update. I had purchased a property here at 2010. There were no issues related to possession. Acme's sales team was very transparent about all the details they gave me while buying the flat. I'm planning to buy another flat but in some other tower of Ozone, ended up here while checking the rates online.
Acme is a reputed builder in Mumbai, don't get stuck on the negative comments here. These are very old small issues they have strong customer care team who helped me with all my concerns about the project."
I purchased a property here at 2011. There was some delay in construction due to govt law. Construction of all projects in the area were stopped. Now they are giving guaranteed possession. Acme is a good developer. They will definitely give the possession.
