delay in possesstion of flat

Q: possesstion was expected in nov.'07. now delay of more than 2 years. what is future?

Everybody is in trouble with the same situation, I m also having a flat in this society. As per my knowledge the delay is becasue of recession and fund crisis with the promoter. Now the promoter has arranged funds and will start the project by the end of this August month and will continie till final possession. One more thing they are also building a new tower in the middle of 4 towers and pricing of the property is going to be very high soon. So if you have waited for lond then retain this property and this will give you a very handsome return by the end of this year.
