Q: Hi I have been quoted by the developer the final rate of 2150 rs per sq ft foa a 2 bhk on the 11 floor, is the this the good rate to buy for, and can any one let me know the expected date of the completion of the project

You will be able to negotiate. Anything in and around 2k would be an ideal one.
Project completion assured is October 2010, with a tolerance level of +3 months.

Hi,
U can negotiate, not sure if the price will comedown as market has bounced back. We are assuming the project completion to happen somewhere in October 2010.
