Pending work in InfoValley

Q: Hi,
I am planning to buy a plot in info valley, plot # 309. I have noticed that there is lot of pending work like 1. club house with swimming pool 2. Electricity supply. Please provide your suggestion on them as how to get agreement on them by Nigama Developers.

Also, please provide any relevant information I should know before the registration.

I have bought a plot here also. How is the development going here? The last time I visited here there was nobody here and I am not sure whether someone is even maintaining it. Can anyone help?
