Q: My father in law (who is retired now) wants to invest his whole life savings into this project for bying an appartment as they wanted to move to blr because of us. Please suggest whether this is the right choice for them. My father in law will be putting his 35 years saving into bying an appartment here

Looks good. my read of the real estate situation is one should move once the flats are ready. also, look out for second hand distress sale from people like La Salle.
