Can you please share the HM capital details to my ID . I am looking for 2 bhk and have come to know they do not have any in Block A. I ma waiting for the second block to get lunch. Please share the contact details like the direct sales person and the following details like how to book it (whether we have to go to their office or do they come to the place where HM capital is going to come , Till now the area is desertated .)

HM folks say that approvals are delayed. New target is Sept end. But they say that A block will be completed by May 2012

It is toooo bad
peopole are not satisfied with HM group.

Hi Avijit,

Even I have booked a apartment in HM Capital Block A 3rd Floor. It is an three bedroom apartment.

So as per your information do u think the project will start on time. I just wanted to cross-check with you what HM People told me. They told me that they will get all approvals by middle of Aug and in september they will officially launch the project. So did the HM People tell you the same.

The reason I ask for this is because I wanted to be sure they are not telling different things to different people.

We purchased couple of 2 bhk-s in HM Capitol. Apparently, they have a number of finished projects in Bangalore, both commercial and residential. We saw HM Symphony and found the apartments there to be pretty nice. Since we were looking for apartments near Marathalli and HM Capital seemed to have a decent rate, we purchased two 2 bhk-s there. We discussed with their architect and made it into a customized dupleix. However, this is just a pre-launch and I think we were the second customers. Getting possession may take some time.
