Hi Naresh,

As I told you Era people are saying you can get loans at present from three institutions viz. Canara Bank, IDBI and LIC. I have talked to IDBI and LIC and they are ready to process loans but only disburse the amount on approval of project. As per them we have to submit only our papers and they would the all the property paper from the company. LIC rate of Interest is very much clear but IDBI, we need to be careful, in market now 8.25% for three years for IDBI. Check out from various banks. SBI is also willing to give subject to approval of loan.
