What are the sizes of the road under BPTP Disctrict, Sector-81, Faridabad? How many acres of plot in each District?

They have two road plans Under BPTP District , Sector-81, Faridabad, i.e.Service Road which is 12 M wide and Sector Road which is 45 M wide.
They have planned for 5-District and each District Such as Distrct-1 has 12.869 acres in Block-A, 10.475 ACRE in District-1, and 3.25 ACRE in District-1.
In District-2, it has 7.7625 ACRE, in District-3, it has 5.575 ACRE, in District-4, it has 6.5 ACRE, and District-5, it has 11.65 ACRE of vast land parcel.

Each plot holder gets an option to construct four independent floors in BPTP District. This restriction imposes to support a safe and healthy lifestyle in the township. These days, most buyers prefer low-rise houses with ample green space in the surroundings. At times, people complain about BP, less oxygen, depression, etc. especially if there are senior citizens at home.
