Current status

Hi Roopesh and others,

I had been to Kalpataru last weekend. I don’t know about the progress but I can give you some information on status.

Building-6: Outer painting is done, lifts are working in the 6C but not in 6A and 6B, most of the houses are clean, window grills are fixed for all the flats, electrical fixtures are done. I have no idea of water connection, sewage connections and parking. Amenities are visibly not done; I could see people working in club house on POP part. Therefore, it may take a month to complete if it’s done.

Building-5: Little visible progress from the day I booked (2 and half months until now). Windows are fixed with grills. Few flats are clean. Pipes for sewage and water are fixed I don’t know about underground connections. I haven’t visited any of the top 5 floors.

Well I am going to visit the office once, may be mid of this week. Do let me know if you have any queries I can check for you.
