Q: phase 1 and phase 2. when will it be ready as waiting since last 3 years now.

No possession yet . Paying EMI for full payment. They are not completing the project. Work is very slow. They are not doing as expected and delayed a lot.

Rohtas is not completing the project. What we are waiting for? They won't complete it in even in next 2 years. People like me are paying loan as well as house rent. No compensation yet.
