Registration of Apartment/Flats in Pulmeria

Q: Does Anyone has idea why builder is stating that registration will take more than 6 months after taking possession? This ideally is not the scenario if everything has been taken care of already. It's bit suspicious as after taking possession I don't have registration in place what is legality of ownership?

I what tower they have stared for possession. I have seen work is not in progress and delayed a lot. They might compromised the quality work as well. Rohtash is not concentrating on this project. Any clue---

It is better to take advise from a legal expert on this regard..

Discuss with other buyers if the case is same with them too.. If you are the owner or resident of Rohtas Plumeria, then you can join the owners group and discuss with other owners/residents of the project in the group. To join click Join Owners Group.
