As you go up in floors, the price will increase. I bought in Marigold or F tower. You can contact Mr. Sugavanam. He is the GM Marketing. Please refer to my name and I will talk to him about you today evening.

Sir. I saw ur reply.thanks for the info... There is another query.Out of many towers,in which towers you had bought. Also there are different prices available in the market.In case I contact the company, who is the right person to contact and give me some alternatives.Waiting for ur reply.

Vignesh, I bought it three years ago based on its proximity to the city and the train station. That was a major attraction for me. Train travel is the future in this country. Next, I like the plans and the brand. No builder in Bangalore has thought about bringing such new design ... it is all boxes everywhere. Third, ETA is a big brand than the Brigades, Sobhas.
Overall quality is good ... however the finer finishing could have been better. that is a small nit in the big picture. When fully completed, this is the next St. John's Wood of Banglore City.

    can someone please paste the link for the "Garden Olympics" here? the organizers, apparently, take registrations only during office hours i.e. 9am-6pm. how can one leave his office and come to register for this? Organizers, plz change your timings to something more reasonable. cheers!
