Q: just wanted to know are you guys happy with the way construction is going on and commitment from developer.

had been there a fortnight ago. looks fine. there was also a recent review that had done the analysis on teh construction. this was at redBHK.com given my knowledge about projects business it is the contruction which is the easy part, when it comes to finishing that is when the real worth of the developer is known. indianrealestateforum.com also had some ideas to take discounts etc.
