Construction of new flats in era devine court

Q: I came to know that the builder has changed the layout plan of era devine court at his own and not not providing green area and park in 180 yards units. If it is not objected by the flat owners at this moment , definately will provide the pathway for further modifications. This is clear cut breach of faith by the builder and must be challenged in court for a stay on the construction of additional floors immediately.

Hi i am Ashutosh Sharma , owner of b94sf of the said project. i m thankful to Mr Binod who has apprised me of the new developments in the plan. This is clear case of cheating and breach of trust by the company. Mr Bharana , the owner of the company should be told that this would bring bad reputation to the company and its future projects. He should understand that we have blindly reposed faith in his company, ignoring BPTP and other housing majors, only because of the companies high standings in the infra sector. He must personally come out with the facts and figures and revert to the original layout in the interest of his and his companies reputation. can you convey his mail id or convey our comments to him .. pl keep me posted about the developments.
