ERA DIVINE COURT POSSESSION - 250 SQ YD ..WHEN ?

Q: Is there any update on possession of ERA DIVINE COURT ...WHAT IS THE STATUS OF LICENCE PROBLEM OF LAND USED BY ERA ?
As per my information - Last Month - ERA raised a demand for Maintenance Charges of Rs. 155000 (Aprox) and when few customers reached ERA office to pay that demand - ERA employees refused to receive the amount from them without giving any reason.
Don't know what's going on...nothing clear...
No one from ERA ready to talk about Penalty for Delay in project...no information about Occupancy Certificate Status..

Hey Mohit, There is no definite information about the project and the builders are also not responding..ill suggest that you try to speak to them..but if there is still no response, you can talk to a legal expert or lawyer and see what actions can be taken..
