lets protect our hard earned money

Q: Hi friends, seems our investment in Park floor II is heading in the wrong direction, builder has not even submitted maps for approvals ; lets join hands to fight it out together ; lets hire some lawyers ; how can a builder collect money from customers without having necessary approvals?

Hi , I am Mukesh, I have already booked flat in park Floor 2 and opted for consruction link plan, so far bank was not disbursing loans and hence we are not able to pay the builder also, now suddenly I got one reminder for payment, as i need to get my loan and tripatrite agreemtn re execute and it takes time. They have not iformed about the clearance from bank and suddenly raised demand with interest clause. They handle every thing unprofessionally. But these things are common for less or more all Builders. Please contact me if u want to share your experiance at 9015812552

I also invested in Park floors 2 and I am of the same opinion
Our investment is going in the wrong direction
BPTP has the history of such cases where they just collect money.
One of my friends was caught in such an incident in Park Serene Gurgaon. They formed a pool of investors and then fought a case against BPTP through EOW and consumer court.

I think we should also form a group and fight it out.
