Duplex apartment

Q: Hello,
I am Gokul living in Newark, USA. Came up on Anisha Grange through one MR. Narsa Reddy. He had taken my family members and shown a duplex apartment which we are interested in buying. I am interested in knowing how old the apartment is, how is the living there, what's the expected rental income and what's the reasonable price per sq. feet. Also any information about the safety, area, other amenities and facilities available will be of great help. I browsed the internet but I am not able to get more details. Please also share any photos that you may have.
