Feedback on HM Group

I am a resident in HM Worldcity and I can assure you HM Management is most unprofessional and unethical builders I have seen. While booking the apartment they promise a lot. But HM management is least bothered to keep any of their promises. They promised a world class club house and we all paid huge amount. Now we do not even know when they will start constructing the club house, forget about finishing, it will be a 5 year project for them. About the road, they promised they will give us 100 feet approach road and they will tar it and give. Even after 2 years of people living in HM Worldcity, the approach road is in pathetic condition. Even after 2 years, we did not get any Occupation Certificate. They never bother to talk about khata transfer. HM management is most unprofessional and unethical builders I have seen. If you want to give your hard earned money, then go ahead and buy an apartment.
