HI, Today I visited the construction area. it looks like another 6 to 8 months required for completion. currently they are qoating 2900/Sft. construction quality seems to be poor, there are laready cracks on the walls and water leakage in some flats. many window grills are brokens and they are replacing them however due to rework there could be lots of crack in future stages. Overall I would rate 6/10 for this project as mentioned by Mahesh if the deal is for 2400/2500 then its worth..

Hi Ravi
I did booked an apartment in 2007 -more than 3 years now. Fighting with the builder to get confirmation on completion dates.
they are not even bothered to set up a meeting with folks who have bought apartment here.

If you still want to buy an apartment here look at their web site, you will get contact numbers. Ask for Harish from sales.
if you negotiate you should get it less than 2500 per sft.
more than 40 apartments are vacant.
