Q: hi, my loan is santioned with hdfc for era divine court with 8.25% rate, but the amount has to be disbursed in march10 to avail this interest rate otherwise it will increase from next month, the project is still not approved & i fear that i will not be able to grab this reduced interest offer from the bank, is there anybody who is facing a similar problem

I think, many of us would be facing problems like that. I know, Ashutosh and Kashmiri Lalji, who have got their loan approved. Layout sanction plan may not come within two months. Definitely it is bad news and we have to pay higher rate of interest for bank loan coz layout sanction seems to be not coming soon.
