I had been looking to buy property in Greater Noida region for the past few months. One of the properties i shortlisted was that of Omaxe. In comparison, the quality and features being offered by omaxe far surpassed the others in the area. But finally 2 months back i took the decision and went for Omaxe.

Hi I am Sanjay Garg from AWHO Greater Noida I have booked one flat at Palm Green on January 21, 2011. I have great experience with Omaxe , I had earlier invested in Omaxe NRI city also and had a good profit. They have already finished the structure of palm green and work is going at great pace day and night I am very happy with the development.

I am also very happy because as all the local builders are using new FAR of 3.5 Omaxe is using the old otherwise they could have also cluttered the projects with at least 500-800 more flats but they are not doing that.

Hi Rajeev,
Omaxe is cheating customers. Do not pay a single dime to this guy. You will not get your apartment even in 5 yerars.

I would like to bring to your kind notice harassment through which I am going through due to Omaxe Builder.

1. In 2006, I booked an apartment with M/s Omaxe Buildhome Pvt. Ltd., and till now have made payment of Rs. 29,84,828/- without any delay in installment.

2. In 2007, I was allotted Flat No. 202, in Tower Peach Palm A, 2nd floor in Palm Greens project in Sector MU, Greater Noida, vide Allotment Letter dated 21/09/2007, having reference no. OBPL/COMM/MU/GN/584

3. I have been paying Omaxe regularly, without delay even during recession and have paid approx 30 L till noe.

4. Even after 4 years, I am surprised to see that still not even structure of towers are ready. It has been 4 years since that flat was booked and till date, the company has not been able to erect even th
