Q: Hi All

Did anyone performed the legal verification of the property? Is there any lacuna?

I didn't go for legal verification.You can chk for the docs with the builder,guess they should not have problem in giving doc's.Should be around 2700+ now.

Did they give you photocopy of documents to verify with your lawyer? Also at what rate are they selling? When will they handover for possession?

samhita is a good and reliable builder.Their construction quality is good they are in this field since 20 years.This property is cleared by many banks.I have booked B008 and got loan from SBI

Checked with SBI, their lawers have cleared the project it seems.
