If I should still invest in Era

Q: Hello,One of the property agent informed me that this is a good project. I am still in delimma. since the property is available in resale. I found the project good but after reading all comements here i am not sure if i should invest my hardearned money into the same. Please suggest. thanks

Thnx for your suggessions. I visited Era site today and where the property agent tried to convince me that Era might receive the approval by Mid april. however, I am still not convinced, rather I should wait and see if that actually happens before investing and blocking my money into this project..Gudluck to all.

Dear Neha, we all thought it a good project and invested in it. I think you might have gone through all our discussions on Newsalbum.com. The project has not got approval yet and company is thinking about its profit only. One thing is certain that in independent floor, all the people are going to have problems in parking their vehicles unless they buy a space at multistory site. I won't say whether you buy here or not but think gingery, think about ur budget, if this not a problem, there are lot of options at other places.

answer to your question depends upon the final verdict from the Era management on the memorandum we have submitted.

We are expecting reply from them very soon...

I am sure their decision will defintely impact their upcoming projects ...
