1 i am not bale to find any review of this builder. is this the 1st project in blore from this builder ?

2 How far exactlly is this from Electronic city ?

3 when is the completion time?

Hi Rita,

I am sure you would agree that the farther you go from the city center, the more value you get for your money. It's a question of 'how far is too far ?'.

The answer varies for each individual based on his/her current (and future) place of work, kids' school/college, hospitals for the elders etc.

Personally, I am a buyer in the Empyrean and feel it's a good investment as the area has been untouched till now and big, premium projects are coming up in the same area like Indus International Golf Resorts and Estates (http://www.indussportsresorts.com).
