Hi Mona, are you want to buy in Greater Noida. If you are talking about Greater Noida project then ehomes wirings are deployed for this new technology, but installation are totally depend upon the owner's choice, its not mandatory. It would be good you visit the site for clear visibility.

This appears to be a family problem with this builder. Priya Jain (JK Jain's wife) is related to Aditya Builders - both these 'families' seem to have similar modus operandi - threaten, beat-up their customers, lodge false FIR against residents, poke their dirty nose in RWA affairs and want to suck money .

main ek housewife hu aur greater noida mein rehti hu.. builder kai gundo ke saath aaya aur usne hamare kai padosiyon ki pitayi karwai.. builder khud saare residents ko maar raha tha.. hamare bacche.. balcony se dekh rahe the aur ro rahe the.. ki mamma.. papa ko log maar rahe hai.. mujhe apne husband ki security ki chinta hoti hai.. ab lagta hai ki is property ko sell karna jyada accha rahega.. ye accha builder nahi hai..
jo log isse ghar kharidte hai ye un logo ko hi pitwata hai.. please koi is iske sec-75 ke project 'The Jewel of Noida' mein ghar mat book karwana.. this is a request...

Friends, I think this is one of the most weirdest thing done by a builder. This builder must've really gone crazy to done something to his own customers. A person in his full senses should never book a flat with this builder again. I think all the residents should file complaint against this builder and please make this incident known to everybody in this world. This builder should feel sorry for what he had done to its own customers. we wanted to do corporate bookings with this builder, but now we will rethink on our decision and we'll book the flats with some other builder of good reputation.

Hi Friends,

I'm a resident of this society. I must admit that the society is in shambles. I doesn't looks like this is a new society. seems as if it is 100 years old society. All the pillars are wet. Leakage in swimming pool. Builder has charged the maximum maintenance charges from the residents in Greater noida area, still he is unable to provide the basic amenities. The brother-in-law of Mr. J.K.Jain is a criminal. There are criminal proceedings going on against him. He is the MD of the society. The builder must really feel shameful for what he has done to the residents.He used goons to beat his own customers. This guy is not a professional.

Hi dear friends, I'm an HR head in IBM. we were planning to book at least 50 units in "Jewel of Noida" project. I was in touch with one of their representatives. But after this incident we will not book any flat with this builder. I've tried to dug deep into this builder's history. he delivered one project in vaishali also and there also he had done the same thing. Seems this is the modus operandi of this builder. I will suggest my dear friends, do not book any flat offered by this builder. the builder who cannot satisfy its own customers and who uses force to silent their genuine demands is really a don. they are not interested in doing business and i think they are not professionals.

I did some more research... looks like trouble earlier in his Vaishali project and now in Greater Noida... so what else can people expect in his so called 'Jewel of Noida' - all bullshit...

I was thinking to buy a flat in DASNAC- Noida Sec 75 and I visited DASNAC Greater Noida site on Sunday. Once I reached there I totally shocked to see the seen that was there. There was fight going between the residence and the builder’s man. It was totally horrible; multiple builder's man was biting residential man. 2-3 man was totally injured. I asked one of the person(was not part of both side) available there, he told me builder not providing proper facilities that they was committed at the time sale. Last week residence people revolted for this to do all proper work. From last week builder kept multiple bouncers and local gundas here just to afraid the residence. And morning when residence gathered to start meeting them builder's man started fight with residence. I asked my husband cancel his plan to make the relationship with these type of builder who only believe to sale the flats , not in good relation and human values.

I am resident of designarch ehomes greater noida....since 4 months 4lifts are not working....there is no maintenance....so pls dont think to purchase this....now i am planning to sale this....its impossible to live in such horrible situation...
