Hi Sandeep, the flat is not regsitered. It was allotted in my name by CGEWO. Bank loan cud be a problem as the property can be transferred on GPA. U may inquire from banks.

I can be a potential customer, but I do not know what type of title deed you have got? is registry of the flat available with you and would it be possible for me to get a bank loan for this flat. I would also request you to share the asking price for the flat.
