Hi guys,
I am in the same situation. My building has been scrapped from the plan but money not being refunded.

Please join the Yahoo Group for a cohesive action/decision against this fraud.
We are already about 20-25 members. We have to take a joint decision about getting result.
We are being cheated by this builder!

Hi Vineet - I am in similar situation, didn't realize there are so many people out there struggling to get even a decent professional resply from Omaxe about the status. I don't know if you were able to start this blog, but let me know how can I join. I also saw lot of complaints in cosumer court against Omaxe Plam Green.

Yes! I'm faced with similar predicament....not sure when will i get the posession & even when we get the posession will that place be suitable for renting/living in next 1 -2 years....lot of developement needs to be done.
