Ajmera Infinity price?

Q: I am not sure but it seems there are not many residencial appartments in the area(near Ajmera Infinity). Do the builder bargain on price? Has the value appreciated in near past?

The prices mentioned were for base floor of course. There will be floor rise certainly, but I am not sure about the amount/floor.

Dear Shukla,
The prices mention in your response is for the base floor or for any floor of the apartment. As i understand they were demanding a increase Rs.50/ with every floor. Thanks ASIF " L BLOCK"

afaik, Ajmera Infinity prices have been fixed and they have never bargained, though variation has been there due to market conditions. It started with 2250/- in 2007, went upto 2615 in 2008, and currently I think it is 2385/- to 2415/- depending on the block.
