Hi There, My name is Kulasekaran.
I am too facing the same problem,

I approached so many times the staff, also so many overseas call and local call while my stay in India. No proper or correctly reply was given by the staff. (i,e, Mr Rajeshwari & Mr Kishore). Because of this i wasted my vacation and hard earned money.

During Rajalakashmi time frame i received letter to pay service tax, for this payment i request 3 months permission to your staff, which was approved. Whereas the amount was paid within a month. When Rajeshwari has taken over, I think she taught that i have not paid service tax without seeing old e-mail.

When she sent the letter to pay interest on service tax, I have seen Rajeshwari personally and explained that i had paid service tax earlier. When she came to know that she sent letter by mistake to hide her fault, she told that she will arrange to see Mr Vasudevan and discuss about this matter, but she did not do it. (its almost 2 months since she said this t
