future leakage

Q: Of recent they have been building the club house on the property of D building ruby park which was originally D building Garden area. How can they take away the green space from us without our consent . Also they have built the pool and the club house (the original planning did not include it so i guess the beams and columns can not take the load of this structure )and how much ever water proofing is done for now , in few years time .. it will wear out. and there can be leakage in the parking lot. I think its a serious hazard and should be discussed with civil engineers extensively.
