flats location and occupancy by the end of 2010

Q: How about PBEL apartments and its rates per sq ft . I m interested in two bed room flats with are around 1300 sqft and east facing and about second floor.

Hi Nalini,
Your message is 8 months old. I believe till now you might have taken decision to buy or not. Hope you might have bought the flat.
Current rate is 2800/sft for 2 BHK and 3 BHK plus amenities and taxes. Yes, flats are available on all floor.
If you have not yet bought, may let me know if you need any further details. I have booked a 2BHK flat last week.
