Q: I want to buy an apartment on the Outer Ring Road for my family and me. Is the PBEL
City a good investment option? Can anyone give me any further details about the project?

There are two different apartment types available in the PBEL City – the regular and the premium. The price rates of the Premium apartments are Rs 3400/sq. ft and that of the Regular apartments are Rs. 3200/sq. ft. Most of the apartments are 3BHK, there is only one type of 2BHK apartments available – having an area of 1400 sq. ft and a price of Rs 45 Lakhs. There are different sizes of 3BHKs and their prices range between Rs. 49 to 61 Lakhs approximately

The rate per sqft ranges from Rs 3500 to Rs 3600. Yes you can avail home loan from banks like SBI, HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Finance, ICICI, PNB, Indiabulls, L&T Finance.

One of the best things about buying a house for your family in the PBEL City is that it is extremely child-friendly. There is a very good day-care facility, which is a crèche-cum-playschool for young children. There are also playing areas, gymnasiums swimming pools, sports facilities and activity rooms for the children as well as the adults.
The infrastructure of this project is excellent, with 100% power backup and proper sewage and water treatment systems in action. There are even ramp entrances for those who have to use wheelchairs

Good call, on considering the PBEL project. Like he said, this is one of the only good project on the ORR. Though I personally won’t recommend living on the ORR, but still I think the PBEL City is worth it. It has already been approved for home loans by banks like HDFC, ICICI bank and Axis bank. You will get all your daily necessities within the project area itself, even a departmental store and a Medplus pharmacy. There is an HDFC atm booth also.

PBEL City is one of the biggest residential projects in the city of Hyderabad. If you’re looking for apartments in the ORR, then I think you don’t need to look any further. As it is, there aren’t that many residential projects in this area. And PBEL City offers you a variety of apartments and at affordable prices. There are already two towering buildings under the Phase I, which has sold like crazy. Phase II of this project is about to be released on October of this year and there is already a huge rush for booking.
