It is definitely a magnificent structure. But like many other projects it too has its issues with the builder not showing urgency in creating a society. After sales service is too poor and so is the quality of security... many of them are hired men from local areas.
There is a swimming pool where you can rather play cricket as it is not functional for months. All the other swimming pools in the area like Hiranadani, Powai, Godrej, etc are fully functional. Repeated pleas to maintenance staff in the office fall on deaf ears.
