Q: We are contemplating a purchase in Tzed. Could anybody help me with the status of Khata transfer? I understand BCIL has CMC Khata and owners will have to pay betterment charges to transfer the Khata. Is the property certified as pertaining to all bye-laws or do the owners have to wait for Akrama Sakrama? What is the approx money one needs to shell out to get the Khata done?
