Enquiry about fortune Surya project from columbia developers
Q: Hi,
I am planning to invest in a plot in Fortune Surya.I would like to get some reviews/feedback from people who have already invested in this project and builders. Thank you in advance.
Yes I agree with the above statements there is something wrong with this property Agri Gold, Fortune Surya + Columbia developers (Saba and Farooq), Even I have not received khata and it almost impossible to reach Saba and Farooq
I purchased a plot in this project along with friends. Our experience has been horrible. - No khatta transfer even after 2 years for most of the investors. - Villagers have encroached plots and started farming since a year ago, no action by fortune surya or columbia - legal case is pending in Hosur court and wonder how land was sold and registered despite the legal case - no maintenance, construction of club house, boundary wall - moreover no one to listen, we approached Saba and Farooq they say its Fortune surya problem and we visited many times to Fortune surya Mr.Reddy is not available to meet if you go after taking appointment. Columbia developers Saba and Farooq are not trust worthy. make promises and doesnt complete those. Project current status is really bad. Fortune Surya office is worst than a standard real estate agent. I wonder how a developer will be mantaing its own office. Now they are ok to refund the plot cost but only 75% of the purchase value after 3 years.
I have already purchased a 2400sq feet plot in Fortune Surya. They have more than 4 other ongoing projects. I have spoken to both Saba and Farooq who are playing a major role in taking care of this project and they sound pretty confident about it. Being the border of Karnataka and TN, its a good choice to invest there, because u can access all the advantages of Bangalore, staying in TN (where building costs, utility costs, tax, registration cost etc) are far lesser than Bangalore. If you are looking for a long term investment say 4-5 years, it will make sense to invest here. Do not expect a complete development in the next 1-2 years.
