Hi Hirak....we have been told that the handover will happen around Oct 2011...and physically you can move in and start staying by Dec-2011. Thanks!

Hey Sandeep, I am a flat owner at Block 1 and it will be great if we can connect and discuss this. I will be going to site for the CESC demand that has come in on Sunday, March 6th at around 11:30am. Just like you and the others, needless to say, investment blockage due to delayed possession is disturbing !

I recently got a letter from CESC to pay Rs. 23000 (approx) towards security deposit for electricity connection. Rs. 23000 is a huge amount for a security deposit. Did any of you receive the same for electricity connection ?

Same with me . I have a 3BHK flat in Block 2. I called/tried every means to get in touch with the builder to know the exact handover date but I could not elicit a response. I could not declare in my tax saving statement and hence suffered a loss this year. We should jointly raise this issue

I heard from Pioneer last week that Possession is happening not earlier than October.Can we jointly take up this issue with the Promoter.This is really not acceptable.

Hello, i too have a flat in Block 2 and from my correspondence with them it has been informed that the completion is delayed as they have got a further permission to build 2 floors in each block. My problem is IT declaration. Since they did not inform earlier, i have declared the same for exemptions this year. Now they say it will be delayed. We should take it up together.

Initially the completion was scheduled in Sept, 2010. Now it seems that the handover is getting delayed. Builders are now scheduling for March,11 it seems. Can we jointly take up with the builders - I am willing to do so.
