When will Ekta Floral be completed?

Q: Initially the builder promiosed that they would handover the project by Oct 2010. Then they said March 2011. Does anybody know when this project will be completed?

Any body know about the latest updat on procession. We shd take up jointly with the builder. If any one interested then I can also join. My contact no is 9830501209.

I am having the same problem with my apt in block 4. There is no penalty clause for the builder in the agreement as well. Anybody have any idea please reply.
