Its all about the persons you ask and deal with. I am Susheel Rao a owner of 2 bed room appartment in Sunderbans. As far as Sunderbans is concerned, Its is a lovely place to live and it will be a 500 Families to live with.

All the Festivals , New year celebrations are dreamed to be the happiest celebrations in our life.

Beautiful amenities , swimming pool, Gym , Club house and many more thing will be implemented including , Tennis ground , Cricket practising area , kids play ground and all.

But to live with these facilities we need to improve our patience becoz as the builder , Jain is very slow in implemting.
