Request for details of development

Hi, I invested in 1200 sq ft in the so called Surya i Splendor near Jignai some 4 years back. I visited the place in early 2008 and I was hopeful of seeing some development in the next few years then. Yesterday after a gap of 3 years I again happen to visit the place and I was shell shocked to see the state of the land in the compounded right now. 'Kutcha' roads that were once seen inside the compound can hardly be seen now. I found transformers being destroyed and electrical cables cut .. as if someone ransacked the whole place. I am sure there was some work initiated by Surya guys but something went wrong in the last few months. For some reason, I dont see it as a case of theft. There's so much of grasses and bushes grown that it took me a good amount of time to find my area of land. I wouldnt say the nearby has developed as against what I saw 3 years back. The area still looks lonely and deserted. I doubt if any one person here in the post who has invested his/her money in the above
