Unable to join Sobha Amethyst portal

Q: I own a flat in Sobha amethyst and wanted to keep track of discussions @commonfloor for Amethyst. Hence I tried to join the Amethyst community at commonfloor by registering to the online portal. It's been more than 3 weeks and I still am waitingverification. It displays the following message whenever I try to log in:
" Your account is created on Sobha Amethyst CommonFloor, but is awaiting verification from the CF Administrator and fellow owners at Sobha Amethyst"

Am I following the right steps to register? Has anyone faced similar issue. Please advse.
