Any owner directly selling 3+BHK?

Q: I am looking for a 3+BHK east or west facing. Middle (5-10th) floor preferred, pool or mall view. My price range is Rs. 3100 - Rs. 3300, not more than that. Depending on your flats elevation, block number etc we will settle on a right number within the range.

Owners doing direct sale - expect the sale to be complete in July. Please respond with your unit plan, block #, floor # and asking price. A hyped up price is likely not to receive any response.
