Information on Roost

Daadys not a very good builder...one my friend stays in the layout and they have many complaints...no circumference thought its a gated community, no proper security, couple of thefts in layout itself, horrible jogging track, no gym, no generator (though he paid for it), no club house since last 4 years etc etc. another friend booked in their elixir project and is repenting now...further theres a rumour that the roost project is built on land encroached on the lake. whether its true or not, 1 thing i can say is roost will face severe floods whenever there is heavy rain..especially those who live near the lake (south) will literally have to swim to get into their houses..one can clearly notice the slope towards the south (get on to the olive apartment building and see it for yourself)
