Hi, Regarding the Maple meadows in Chikkagubbi, can anyone please share the legal points about this layout. Like if its only approved by gram panchayat or even approved by DTP. Is this layout safe to buy and construct the house. If I buy from the previous owner do I have to contact the Developer for any clearance or approval. Appreciate if anyone can kindly share the info. Hi, I recently checked up with SV developers regarding Maple meadows Phase 2 (right next to phase 1) and they are quoting 1000/sft. I am not sure if this is a good price as one of my contacts had inquired a few months ago and had got a quote of 600/sft. Seems like a lot of speculation.
However, i am wondering about the gram panchayat permissions to form the layout. I had checked their papers with my lawyer and there only seems to be a permission of sale deed being valid for conversion to a industry or a hospital but void if it is for anything else., including residential. if these things are resolved and if they surely have all the pemissions, then, its a potential good investment, in my view.

Please refrain from investing in S V properties for now. They lack ownership and accountability. They are only interested in selling the plots and there by wash their hands off. Their Phones are unreachable. Basis facilities like tar roads, electricity, Numbering the Plots and planting trees have not been met. They do not respect the hard earned money of the Investors.
