Arun here.........I booked flat in Indiabulls Centrum park in 2010..........well they were suppose to give possession in 2013 but delayed and now asked for VAT also, in any case VAT is refundable so it can be managed...........but the penalty they are paying is 5rs per sq feet that too for 12 months instead of 18 months or till the time of possession.
on 9th may there was a Judgement on Unitech case, where it is ordered to pay 12 % penalty amount to the buyers, its exactly the same case......I got all the details and will file the case this week..........I dont know people who have booked in Centrum park.......but if we all will fight together we can get the result in month or two and divide the fee of the lawyer............they are paying only 2-3% penalty........and 12% will be good amount and they are charging 18% from the buyer in case of late payment............it has to be same for the builder...............it is said in the judgement too......anybody want to join 9818270848
Hey has anybody checked on reduction in the EDC/IDC charges by Haryana Government. Somebody told me that there was reduction of the same by Haryana Govt and ideally the builder should reduce the same for us also. And has anybody paid up the service tax demand from the builder

If the project delivery is in mid 2012, how come Indiabulls collected 50% of the flat cost? I have paid 21.5 lacs till Nov 6(3rd instalment demand). Dear Harvinder, yes you are right. I did consider that. They have distributed the money across demands. Hence, i am not getting that figure per se but in totality it matches the formula. Second, did you verify if the area really stepped up? For me thy rasied from 1350 sq ft to 1600 sq ft in March- 3 BHK+study room? I have asked Indiabulls where the area increased?

For me demand is exactly equals my expectation, there dosn't seem any calculation mistake or mismatch in my case.
Basic sale price is actually equals to BSP+car parking, so 15% of basic sale price means 15% of (BSP+CarParking).
Please check if you are already calculating using this formula.
Dear Centrum owners, the contract quotes a handover period of 3 years from the contract sign-off date plus a buffer of 6 months. Thus it comes around end of 2013 but practically, when the projct is compelted, none knows for sure. Second, yesterday, I got a demand for 3rd instament as indiABULLS CLAIMS that construction of 1st floor has started, is it true? Also, I checked the formula of 15% of sale price+25% of (PLC, EDC, IDC) does not turn out to be the demanded amount.

I am not sure of your calculation of 2015, but yes it's going to take minimum of Mid,2013 for occupation. That means you have to bear both rent and installment for at least 3 years from now.

Hi Friends, Who has given this target date of 2013? My main concern is that at present I live in a rented house and pay 20k. Now after taking home loan I may be paying around 35k as instalment.So after this discussion the prospective time looks to be around 2015. This means another 5 years on rent. If we see the whole situation it looks this venture is more like a investment than the urgent requirement.
Indiabull will handover the possession in mid 2013. If sectors roads are ready by than, it is likely that we can move in within six months otherwise we shall have a longer waiting period.
