Q: Hello,
I'm a prospective buyer. Just checking the following:
1) Hos is the construction quality?
2) I understand that there is a huge delay in the project. Are you seeing the people moving to the apartment now?
3) Have they provided all the amenities they have promised?
Thanks,
Regards,
- Ram
Happened to read this in passing and noticed to comment on Mr. Takiullah. I have met him many times while getting the interiors done and have never ever found him to be rude. Am very surprised at this observation. May be it was a bad day for either of the parties.
One of my friend booked an apartment and finding the quality inside the apartment is pathetic. Especially main door alignment and main door lock and levelling in batrooms and tile placements in kitchen and bedrooms. Also he couldn't get quality team to get the work done. I was thinking of buying it but now I dropped the plan. Seems there is a guy named takiullah (MD for quality) who is very rude in telling my friend that the quality will be what it is and nothing can be done to rectify it. overall the construction team is bad for getting what is inside the apartment. outside apartment it looks flashy-- but who want to live outside the apartment when you have to pay 60L :( You can buy if you don't know what to do with your money or if you get it cheaper than 40L for a 3bhk or 2BHK.
There are about 60 families living there now. The project is complete. We even get Cauvery water now. More are doing woodwork and will move shortly. Quality is good. I have not come across any major issues. The structural engineering is excellent.
