Regisration

Q: I have finalized an apartment in kensington.. but now I am feeling Jittery as registrations are not happening in this propery and and Prestige is not giving clear answer as why registrations are not happening .. I went to my Banker and asked them if they would release a loan under such conditions .. it was strict no.. there many rumors about this project along with wellington. is there anyone who has registered a flat here.. or heard from Presige as why registration not happening. Please advise me if I can go ahead and buy a property here.

They have a clear title and its pre-approved project so HDFC bank did not have any issue in releasing the loan. As far as your question regarding registration I assume that Prestige is having few more flats for sale so they are just holding up registration
